COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Iai products, including obsoleted and phased-out I72-22ex-L parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Iai product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Iai such as the RCPCRMAIP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the I7222EX manufactured by I72-22ex-L and we are pleased to be able to service most I72-22ex-L systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RCP1SA61PM12600P1SSUM1G1SP by Manufacturer Iai as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hyde-Park Brand LM202 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Humphrey such as HMRGH20X18 equipment made by Humphrey have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Humphrey products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Humphrey" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EIA0221S80A00 made by Hytork as well as the popular Trumpf original spares produced by Huttinger-Elektronik

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RCP2RA3CI28P5150P1 by Iai and HMRGH20X18 spares by Humphrey are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4775B6000000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hydac.
