COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hydro-line LR2L-2.5X24 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Iee-Vip-Integrated products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iai parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Iai product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Iee-Vip-Integrated such as the 0390203A0107 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RCP2RA4CI42P25200P1NB manufactured by Iai and we are pleased to be able to service most Iai systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PCONC42PIPN20 by Manufacturer Iai as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Idec Brand EB3AEK75FMB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ifm such as LT0264BB00KSPKG equipment made by Ifm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ifm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ifm" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LR2050 made by Ifm as well as the popular 228189 original spares produced by Hypertherm Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RCSESA4I200 by Iai and LT0264BB00KSPKG spares by Ifm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ISAMXMA20010100T1MAQ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Iai. |
