COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa SGMDH-13A2-YR13 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Phoenix-Control product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the RGZP1LA02156FP21 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S37DT80N2 manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S2N by Manufacturer Phoenix-Control as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pacific-Scientific Brand R46GEBAR2NSNV00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Modicon such as S44KEB0F010 equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R47DT71C4BMG05HRVS made by Sew as well as the popular SGMAH01A1A2S original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SAF37DT80M4BMG1HRKS by Sew and S44KEB0F010 spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SD8036 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mj-Tooling. |
