COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa HI-35E2T2CU-U-220V parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Telemecanique products, including obsoleted and phased-out Idec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lithonia product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Telemecanique such as the LC2D0901G6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the YS3N20FG211D024 manufactured by Idec and we are pleased to be able to service most Idec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LCP by Manufacturer Lithonia as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Aeg Brand LS177 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Square-D such as LE1UDO936G6 equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LC1D80G7 made by Scheider-Electric as well as the popular LC1D5011E7 original spares produced by Telemecanique Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HI35E2T2CUU220V by Yaskawa and LE1UDO936G6 spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SN80 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
