COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa CMPF-PM33CE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nagano-Keiki-Smc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weintek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nagano-Keiki-Smc such as the G46702C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T6070IH3WV manufactured by Weintek and we are pleased to be able to service most Weintek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6AV66440BA012AX1 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 1788ENBT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yaskawa such as SGM7G30AFC61SGD7S200A00A equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available S3111PS28A2L6 made by Crt-Solutions as well as the popular 3BSE042235R1 original spares produced by Abb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C60905 by Thayer and SGM7G30AFC61SGD7S200A00A spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UM873C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nachi. |
