COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa CACR-SR-44TZ0SMY01A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Balzers products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Acs product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Balzers such as the DIGITALDISPLAYVACUUMIONGAUGECONTROLCONT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CR192C1101000 manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DDM3U232015 by Manufacturer Acs as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand CM600DU12F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Keyence such as CV300 equipment made by Keyence have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Keyence products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Keyence" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CP50TD112Y made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular CM800DU12H original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CM1800HC34N by Mitsubishi and CV300 spares by Keyence are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CM15TF20 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
