COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pma KS50-114-00090-U49 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fronius150 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yujin product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 6ES71324BD020AA0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RCU4000 manufactured by Fronius150 and we are pleased to be able to service most Fronius150 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature YJ8600D by Manufacturer Yujin as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mettler-Toledo Brand ID30 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as 21101005013 equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SD6225193 made by United-Electric as well as the popular SNNE40A0005 original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2706B23J16 by Allen-Bradley and 21101005013 spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original REXC100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rkc. |
