COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ovation 1X00416H01 WH5-2FF parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yogogawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the SPX8D0V2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6ES71354LB020AB0 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 251EMTS by Manufacturer Yogogawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Shinko Brand JCS33ASM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Phoenix-Contact such as 781414300 equipment made by Phoenix-Contact have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Phoenix-Contact products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Phoenix-Contact" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6ES79720CA330XA0 made by Siemens as well as the popular H100SV original spares produced by Square-D Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6GK56020BA102AA3 by Siemens and 781414300 spares by Phoenix-Contact are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6ES53188MC11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
