COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Moog G761-3003-S19JOGM4VPL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Merlin-Gerin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Modicon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the LTU350 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MG33490 manufactured by Merlin-Gerin and we are pleased to be able to service most Merlin-Gerin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MMPM15403 by Manufacturer Modicon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MAC090A0ZD4C110B0WI511LVS001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pelco such as NET5308TEXP equipment made by Pelco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pelco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pelco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MS46SR141045Q1RNCFP made by Omron as well as the popular JACP921900 original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GCMA105201 by Barber-Colman and NET5308TEXP spares by Pelco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC697CPU781 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge-Fanuc. |
