COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi A9GT-QBUS2SU parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Serge-Baril products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rieter parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Phoenix-Contact product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Serge-Baril such as the TL4X325 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1850649 manufactured by Rieter and we are pleased to be able to service most Rieter systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IBSRT24DI16T by Manufacturer Phoenix-Contact as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand S56ES53750LA11 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Spectrum such as 1756SCIF8U equipment made by Spectrum have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Spectrum products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Spectrum" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GCS230SE made by Shinks as well as the popular CN372KC5 original spares produced by Omega Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C500OC224E by Omron and 1756SCIF8U spares by Spectrum are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 170ENT11001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
