COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Micromotion DS100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Provib products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sti parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Raytek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Provib such as the TM01800100201002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MS4432BR manufactured by Sti and we are pleased to be able to service most Sti systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RAYTXSLTSF by Manufacturer Raytek as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mts Brand ERS0060UD601V0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Perceptron such as 9110017 equipment made by Perceptron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Perceptron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Perceptron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2520T20K030052975 made by Rohrback as well as the popular MLV11850047112 original spares produced by Pepperl Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DCXMC300R24 by Pmc and 9110017 spares by Perceptron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ENCK4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Novasina. |
