COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Keyence LJ-V7001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mts products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-optronic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ohmart product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mts such as the RPM0370UR101A01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OPTONCDT1800RS232 manufactured by Micro-optronic and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-optronic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GEN2000 by Manufacturer Ohmart as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Marposs Brand 8174200007 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leuze such as CR14450 equipment made by Leuze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leuze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leuze" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8603938 made by King as well as the popular TTSRBU0120AS1R original spares produced by Mts Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PBT2 by Montalvo and CR14450 spares by Leuze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RPS40180DF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Migatron. |
