COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Iai RCP2-RA4C-I-42P-5-100-P1-R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Iai products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iem parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ifm product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Iai such as the RCP4RA6CI56P4200P3MB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 766817 manufactured by Iem and we are pleased to be able to service most Iem systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LK1022 by Manufacturer Ifm as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Iai Brand RCP2S7CI42P6300P1N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Icos-Vision-Systems such as MC46905 equipment made by Icos-Vision-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Icos-Vision-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Icos-Vision-Systems" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LRW30 made by Iko as well as the popular WH20 original spares produced by Iko Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RCA2TF4NI20230AIMLASP by Iai and MC46905 spares by Icos-Vision-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RCSCSA5I200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Iai. |
