COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A05B-2444-C450 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ite products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kilovac parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Joslyn-Clark product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ite such as the R9G4202E21A10 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H12S15 manufactured by Kilovac and we are pleased to be able to service most Kilovac systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5003A500582 by Manufacturer Joslyn-Clark as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Javelin Brand JO209BRP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Electromatic such as FGD1110 equipment made by Electromatic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electromatic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electromatic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C4262623 made by G.w.-Lisk as well as the popular R8GAC8S original spares produced by Ite Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KR2040AX by Kyotto and FGD1110 spares by Electromatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F60G00HCHF8HH6PM8HP6NU8HWXX Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer General-Electric. |
