COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumuller NURNBERGPOWERUNIT parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Klockner-Moeller products, including obsoleted and phased-out Foxboro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ishida product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Klockner-Moeller such as the PRG3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P0961FX0K manufactured by Foxboro and we are pleased to be able to service most Foxboro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P5157B by Manufacturer Ishida as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nordson Brand PA230206 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Foxboro such as P0903NU equipment made by Foxboro have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Foxboro products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Foxboro" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R67HENAR2NSNV00 made by Pacific-Scientific as well as the popular PM10CSJ060 original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PM100RSA060 by Mitsubishi and P0903NU spares by Foxboro are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PHBIOR80010000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bailey. |
