COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumuller 922-06321 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Boston parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Br product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the 6MK85 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 71050G manufactured by Boston and we are pleased to be able to service most Boston systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8LSN55EB020D7000 by Manufacturer Br as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand 6M85344 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Powertron such as 601A156 equipment made by Powertron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Powertron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Powertron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6ES54567LB11 made by Siemens as well as the popular 9011003 original spares produced by Dr.-Boy Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5CD144FA028B028 by Ge and 601A156 spares by Powertron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8500B2CL1BN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
