COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Abb INSIM01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Computer-Boards products, including obsoleted and phased-out Maple-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nematron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Computer-Boards such as the P2799IR06169A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OIT3165A manufactured by Maple-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Maple-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IWS127V4 by Manufacturer Nematron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ann-Arbor Brand INX85TTP233MMXXTFT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yokogawa such as MC43 equipment made by Yokogawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yokogawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yokogawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available INX6C400TFT made by Ann-Arbor as well as the popular NT600SST121V3 original spares produced by Omron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OIT4160B00 by Maple-Systems and MC43 spares by Yokogawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ML104CT1200E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Monitech.
