COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sygnetron AS020D543-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Teka products, including obsoleted and phased-out Telemecanique parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tamagawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Teka such as the LMD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VX471100 manufactured by Telemecanique and we are pleased to be able to service most Telemecanique systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TA8043 by Manufacturer Tamagawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tamagawa Brand 804096 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Teijin-Seiki-Vigo-Servo such as AR60B120BA0 equipment made by Teijin-Seiki-Vigo-Servo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Teijin-Seiki-Vigo-Servo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Teijin-Seiki-Vigo-Servo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ATS48D22YU made by Telemecanique as well as the popular 04539901 original spares produced by Teradyne Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TFD2019050633 by Taishi and AR60B120BA0 spares by Teijin-Seiki-Vigo-Servo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RBF901 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Syscon. |
