COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6SE7024-7ED87-1FC0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tech-motive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sp-Mfg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Square-D product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tech-motive such as the 49410002C5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M3328A001HRC045TS manufactured by Sp-Mfg and we are pleased to be able to service most Sp-Mfg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EFDJHVWE07A08P09 by Manufacturer Square-D as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has T-B-Woods Brand XFC40030C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Southcon such as J974IPWM equipment made by Southcon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Southcon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Southcon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6SE70213TB51Z made by Siemens as well as the popular WFC40050CH7 original spares produced by T-B-Woods Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6GK11430AB01 by Siemens and J974IPWM spares by Southcon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D600240 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
