COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Schneider P438840204NF00E09 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pilz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Square-D product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 7PG21441CC401CE0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PZE9P manufactured by Pilz and we are pleased to be able to service most Pilz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CLE105001 by Manufacturer Square-D as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand XPSPVK1184 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sames/exel such as 1309562 equipment made by Sames/exel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sames/exel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sames/exel" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3TK67170BB4 made by Siemens as well as the popular SC11DB24V original spares produced by Potter Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RE4000RB3 by Sick and 1309562 spares by Sames/exel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 83148CG28MS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Olympic-Controls. |
