COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Progressive Automations FLT-10 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Regulateurs-Europa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Quick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Regulateurs-Europa such as the 2500g024 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FLBX8012SLV0C01 manufactured by Quick and we are pleased to be able to service most Quick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1575 by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand 00449U in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Quad-/-Tech such as 114714 equipment made by Quad-/-Tech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Quad-/-Tech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Quad-/-Tech" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DRIVE4003 made by Reis-Robotics as well as the popular QTERMA12 original spares produced by Qsi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PAXR0000 by Red and 114714 spares by Quad-/-Tech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FLBX4005S000C01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Quick. |
