COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the M&j Tooling SD8156 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pacific-Scientific products, including obsoleted and phased-out Marathon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pacific-Scientific such as the R32HENCR2NSNV00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RU50729A manufactured by Marathon and we are pleased to be able to service most Marathon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R911320227 by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand R40DT80K4BMG1HF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as RF32DT71D4BMGHR equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available S55JXSKA6079 made by Electro-Craft as well as the popular R93LP182 original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S72DT90S4VS by Sew and RF32DT71D4BMGHR spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R37DT80K4BMG1HR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew. |
