COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Milltronics 7ML12011EA00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reis parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 6ES73000AA004AB1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IRT1410 manufactured by Reis and we are pleased to be able to service most Reis systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MS24376D1 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Huck Brand SF46 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pickering such as SwitchRelaySystem equipment made by Pickering have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pickering products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pickering" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PNOZ1024VDC774009 made by Pilz as well as the popular PSWZF original spares produced by Pilz Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 774606 by Pilz and SwitchRelaySystem spares by Pickering are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C403GL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Muirhead. |
