COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Micromotion 40S-SS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Balluff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micromotion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pepperl product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Balluff such as the BTL5E1M2286PS32US spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DS100S138SU manufactured by Micromotion and we are pleased to be able to service most Micromotion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VCS11010K by Manufacturer Pepperl as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand E6DCWZ1E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Microswitch such as FEMLS5EB4 equipment made by Microswitch have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Microswitch products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Microswitch" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available F3SJA0605P20L made by Omron as well as the popular AE100400WB original spares produced by Montronix Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F3SJA1505P20D01TS by Omron and FEMLS5EB4 spares by Microswitch are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GPKS822CU Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Panasonic. |
