COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Merlin Gerin NS800H3F2.0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pilz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schweitzer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Saftronics product line-up. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1102043X56XXXHXX manufactured by Schweitzer and we are pleased to be able to service most Schweitzer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A1200RMB by Manufacturer Saftronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Phoenix Brand 5604929 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as 6DD16720AD0 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 30HUGF32W2VF made by Siemens as well as the popular 1C31219G01 original spares produced by Ovation Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the V34701E2D200 by Siemens and 6DD16720AD0 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TL17DB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Potter. |
