COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Measurex 51304431-175 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Asea products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Parker product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Asea such as the 57310001LM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 54030182502201RB manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 69000304601BN by Manufacturer Parker as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hitachi Brand 65114 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Abb such as 6228BZ10000D equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 530T1112 made by Siemens as well as the popular 5FK430007K original spares produced by Nikki-Densko Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 51401288100 by Honeywell and 6228BZ10000D spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5DP321100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Joslyn-Clark. |
