COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Matsuura JANCD-GSP06 HPZ-10B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kep parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the PanelviewPlus600 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MMI10L manufactured by Kep and we are pleased to be able to service most Kep systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NT30CST141 by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Beijer Brand MAC50MTA250 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Stentofon such as NO93000254B equipment made by Stentofon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Stentofon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Stentofon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NP104X905BA482 made by General-Electric as well as the popular NT620CST142B original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JVOP114 by Yaskawa and NO93000254B spares by Stentofon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MMPMT2400C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer. |
