COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lenord 260-VN000500A003 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Metrix parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Oilgear product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the F3SJA0620P30 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5499002 manufactured by Metrix and we are pleased to be able to service most Metrix systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature L251287 by Manufacturer Oilgear as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Melles-Griot Brand 3222HPC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nwl such as G20805A equipment made by Nwl have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nwl products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nwl" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LPA60 made by Oes as well as the popular LS3408ER20005 original spares produced by Motorola Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F3SJA0605P20L by Omron and G20805A spares by Nwl are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 208TN004000H001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lenord+bauer. |
