COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kreuter BAC-131163CW parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hart parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Parker product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the CJ1WPD025CJ1MCPU13SCU41V1AD81V1TC101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QR50H manufactured by Hart and we are pleased to be able to service most Hart systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F60C18971 by Manufacturer Parker as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Potter Brand KBP20DG24V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Precision-Switching such as TSH1636 equipment made by Precision-Switching have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Precision-Switching products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Precision-Switching" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BD15AFANE20 made by Parker as well as the popular FD2PCU300A original spares produced by Pepperl Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B281006 by Parker and TSH1636 spares by Precision-Switching are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PZE5110VAC4S1O Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pilz. |
