COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Giddings & Lewis M.1018.3035 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Opto-22 products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ann-Arbor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Trane product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Opto-22 such as the OPTOTERMCABLE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MINIDAC manufactured by Ann-Arbor and we are pleased to be able to service most Ann-Arbor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MOD0275REVG by Manufacturer Trane as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand MPLB430PMK22AA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hitachi such as MBM400HS6A equipment made by Hitachi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hitachi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hitachi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available N0343FEKMSN made by Parker as well as the popular N56372H00AA original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MP371 by Fuji and MBM400HS6A spares by Hitachi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NT6C25FF61 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Astec. |
