COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc A20B-0006-0700 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Keyence products, including obsoleted and phased-out Performance-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Keyence such as the CAH2100M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CPC396 manufactured by Performance-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Performance-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A8600202T001A16B1310038101A by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Barber-Colman Brand A6001000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Radisys such as CH815C2L equipment made by Radisys have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Radisys products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Radisys" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CLD63H600 made by Ite as well as the popular CACRSR44TZ0SFY03ACACRSR44 original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A8600392T013 by Fanuc and CH815C2L spares by Radisys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A40381002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Renishaw. |
