COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 2711P-K10C4A1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fuji parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rockwell product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the 39PKH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2MBI200SK060 manufactured by Fuji and we are pleased to be able to service most Fuji systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2750AHPR by Manufacturer Rockwell as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Westinghouse Brand 2840AB05QBI in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Apem such as 29Y2476 equipment made by Apem have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Apem products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Apem" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3RW29201BB05 made by Furnas as well as the popular 2MBI200J120 original spares produced by Fuji Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 300MBU14 by Dynapro and 29Y2476 spares by Apem are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3573A8872 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ross-Controls. |
