COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ohkura Digital Programmer Controller EC5918A1000ZM13 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pacific-Scientific products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pacific-Scientific such as the CW00029 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DFT71C4BM605HRES1A manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E830189 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yasakawa Brand CP25A11F002BSP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cmc such as E4C0110A1B0000R equipment made by Cmc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cmc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cmc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DFSM0130502D made by Sanyo as well as the popular CL3295MEG284286TSC original spares produced by Triclover-/-Tri-flow Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DPW65351XDB9 by Anaheim-Automation and E4C0110A1B0000R spares by Cmc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
