COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Custom Servo Motor Inc MPA-03-165 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Total-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bailey product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the NT631CST151BEV2NT631CST151BEV2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the opi21100s2p manufactured by Total-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Total-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NIOP02 by Manufacturer Bailey as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Parker Brand PS152T2DD1AD3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Exor such as MV10MV10 equipment made by Exor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Exor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Exor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PX102S4 made by Ctc as well as the popular OIT3185A00 original spares produced by Maple-Systems Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SD004 by Fortress-Interlocks and MV10MV10 spares by Exor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NTDI02 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb. |
