COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Atlas Copco AST30-1-1115V parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bk-Bruel--Kjaer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Avtron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the BTS1020015R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4382 manufactured by Bk-Bruel--Kjaer and we are pleased to be able to service most Bk-Bruel--Kjaer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M285 by Manufacturer Avtron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Autonics Brand E40S810243T24 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baileigh-Industrial such as IP156 equipment made by Baileigh-Industrial have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baileigh-Industrial products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baileigh-Industrial" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P115071 made by Axiomtek as well as the popular 80VD100PDC18801 original spares produced by Br Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HPVS11019 by Azbil and IP156 spares by Baileigh-Industrial are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 500527200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bach-simpson. |
