COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley MPL-B310P-RJ22AA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Jakob products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Jakob such as the MAC90C0GD4C110A1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MCS12H35RS0B0 manufactured by Lenze and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC090C0GD3C110A2S018 by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MAC090C0GD4C110A0WI524LX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Panasonic such as MDMA152P1G equipment made by Panasonic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Panasonic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Panasonic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available Model20S made by Fanuc as well as the popular mplb230pej42aa original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDD112DNN2L130PA0 by Indramat and MDMA152P1G spares by Panasonic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MPLA4540FMK72AA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
