COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 100-B180ND3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schaltbau parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the CR463M80CJA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C157P40E24EXG1P004 manufactured by Schaltbau and we are pleased to be able to service most Schaltbau systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C30CNM60A02A0 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 1500F0D931502A4C3D1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as 3RT10646AF36 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CR463MC0NJA made by Ge as well as the popular CR463MC0PNA original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A202K3CBM by Cutler-Hammer and 3RT10646AF36 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8903LO Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D. |
